Located inside the Tourist Information Center. Fresco Hall was built in 1862.

Local artist Axel Revold (1887-1962) painted the murals along the walls during the 1920s, and they have achieved the status of local treasure.

The cultures of each region of the city are represented in vivid color, with most panels paying the requisite homage to the sea.
