Four small dining rooms with creaky, vividly painted hardwood floors – a bit uneven thanks to three centuries of wear – welcome both tourist and local to a evening of fine dining.

The grilled dishes are the house specialties. The grilled lamb, monkfish, beef, and salmon are well seasoned and perfectly cooked and the seven-course menu takes you on an extravagant tour of Norwegian cuisine. Reservations recommended.
